Guided by an entrepreneurial spirit, the founding partners, Michael Withey and Jason Morris, carefully selected a team that also includes several associate attorneys and two American Planning Association members.

History:
Withey Morris, P.L.C. began with a vision. Having always dreamed of being his own boss and having his own practice, founder Michael Withey opened his own practice in 1996. Shortly thereafter, principal and partner, Jason Morris joined the practice. The two colleagues had a mutual admiration for one another and cut their teeth in the same esteemed training grounds of Phoenix’s best zoning and land use practices. Both attorneys benefited from having been mentored by giants in the industry.
Withey and Morris represent the two distinct styles of zoning law: one style is politically based, focusing on lobbying. The other style is detail and planning based, focusing on what the planning law allows.
Through the years, additional attorneys, planners, and support staff were added, but the emphasis remains on being a specialized boutique firm. The two partners work closely with the team, and the collective knowledge has created an unsurpassed track record for their clients.
